Founded in 1927, NJFHA strives to promote the best interests of field hockey. It is an adult women’s field hockey league that is open to players 18 years old (out of High School) and older. This league combines sportsmanship, teamwork, friendship and a love for the game.
We currently offer women the opportunity to play Fall, Winter & Spring seasons and some occasional Summer / Co-Ed opportunities as well.
