WELCOME!

The New Jersey Field Hockey Association (NJFHA) was established in 1927. It is an adult women's field hockey league that is open to players 18 years old (out of High School) and older. We currently offer women the opportunity to play Fall, Winter & Spring seasons and some occasional Co-Ed opportunities as well.

You can choose to play one or all of the following seasons!
